Virtue Ethics - Be deliberate
Rough subscribes to virtue ethics.
The purpose of people and companies is to flourish.
We will not use some catchy acronym to describe our values.
We will have a small number of values that we are actively trying to improve.
We will change something about how we operate in order to improve those values.
We will reflect and change our values as we recognize our weaknesses.
We will recognize our flaws and embrace the ones we're not willing to change.
Don't Lie, Proudly Speak the Truth
Don't sell features that we don't have.
Don't make promises we don't believe in.
Be Honest.

Never ghost, Over Communicate
Communication is respect.
Ignoring people is disrespectful.
Silence kills culture - we are not bystanders.
Communicate your availability.
Talk to people.
